What to expect for your wedding
Congratulations on the happiest day of your life. My goal is to make pictures the least stressful part of your day. I love to capture every part of weddings from engagements and bridals, to the I do.
How far in advance should I book engagements/bridals
I suggest you book engagements far enough in advance that would allow me to get the images back to you and give you enough time to print and send out your invitations. This is typically 1-2 months in advance from the big day.
Can I bring outfit changes
Yes, usually I recommend 1-2 outfit changes. Usually something casual along with something a little more fancy gives your engagement pictures a good variety.
Can I see an example of a bridal session?
Can my fiancé be included in the bridal session?
Yes of course. In fact I love to do couples pictures prior to the wedding day. It allows us to have more creative images because we aren't on such a time crunch. It also allows you to have pictures of you and your fiancé all dressed up at your reception which is always a plus.
What time will you show up on the wedding day?
I typically arrive right before you start getting ready. This allows me time to get pictures of you getting all dolled up, and the decorations prior to all your guests arriving. I will then stay through the ceremony and the reception. After the ceremony I always advise couples to reserve a slot of time typically 30 min to get family pictures done, then an additional 10-15 min to do couple pictures.
Other tips for your wedding day
*Have a unplugged ceremony. Ask all your guests to put their camera phones away, sit back, relax and enjoy the ceremony. You hired me for a reason, and it is heartbreaking when a beautiful images. Especially one that can't be recreated like your first kiss. Is ruined by someone standing their with their cell phone.
After your wedding
I will deliver the images to you via drop box around 2 week. The images will be available for you to download for 2 weeks.
